Who we are

DreamSmith Realty (“DreamSmith,” “we,” “us”) is the real estate practice of Ashley Smith, a licensed REALTOR® (Georgia license #407881) affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners. We operate dreamsmithrealty.com (the “Site”) and serve clients buying and selling real estate in the Lake Lanier and Metro Atlanta markets.

What we collect

When you interact with the Site we may collect:

• Contact information you give us — name, email, phone number, and any message text you submit through a contact form, lead form, or newsletter signup.
• Property-search preferences — if you use the MLS / IDX property-search tools (powered by iHomeFinder), the criteria you save and the listings you favorite.
• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. These are used to operate and secure the Site.
• Cookies and analytics — we use Google Analytics to measure traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the Site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up with you about real estate services.
• Send listing alerts, market reports, or newsletters you have requested.
• Coordinate showings, valuations, and transactions you have engaged us for.
• Improve the Site and our service.

What we will never do

We do not sell your contact information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketing companies.

We do not share your contact information with other agents except in the following narrow case: when a buyer or seller asks for a referral to a licensed agent in another market we do not serve (for example, a Lake Lanier buyer relocating from Florida who needs a listing agent there). In that case we will ask your permission first, by phone or email, and only share what you authorize.

If you decline the referral, your information stays with DreamSmith Realty.

Service providers we use

We use a small set of third-party services to operate the Site. They process your information only to provide service to us, under their own privacy terms:

• Resend — transactional email delivery (lead notifications).
• Twilio — SMS notifications to Ashley when a lead form is submitted.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• iHomeFinder — MLS / IDX property search and saved-search delivery.
• Google Analytics — aggregate traffic analytics.

Required disclosures

We will disclose information only when required by law, by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DreamSmith Realty, our clients, or the public.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any DreamSmith email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any message, or by emailing ashley@dreamsmithrealty.com.
• Stop SMS by replying STOP to any text from us.
• Request deletion of your contact record by emailing ashley@dreamsmithrealty.com. We will delete within 30 days unless we are required to retain it (for example, an active transaction file).
• Disable cookies in your browser. The Site will continue to work.

Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the effective date above and post the revised version at this URL. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
