Ashley Smith is the founder of DreamSmith Realty and a trusted luxury advisor serving Lake Lanier and the Metro Atlanta region. Known for her thoughtful guidance, strong market knowledge, and easygoing approach, Ashley advises clients on complex real estate decisions that intersect lifestyle, legacy, and long-term wealth strategy.

Ashley’s background in executive leadership, organizational strategy, and negotiation brings an added layer of insight to her real estate work. Clients appreciate her ability to explain market trends in plain language, evaluate options objectively, and advocate effectively on their behalf. Through a carefully cultivated network of elite advisors and select luxury organizations, including REALM Global and Lux Exclusives, Ashley offers discreet access to off-market opportunities and deeper market intelligence for clients operating at the highest levels of the luxury market.

Before real estate, Ashley enjoyed careers in the for-profit sector in sales, marketing, business development, and strategy, and also in the non-profit sector, founding and directing an early college high school for inner-city students in Memphis.

Beyond real estate, Ashley is an avid slalom water skier and enjoys a round of golf. She values meaningful connection through travel, cuisine, outdoor recreation, and community involvement, often building long-standing relationships through shared experiences rather than transactions. Ashley serves on the board of directors for The Anvil Academy, an adventure-learning community that challenges, equips, and disciples middle-school boys into strong young men, as well as City Retreat Memphis. She serves on a committee for Eagle Ranch, a North Georgia nonprofit dedicated to restoring and renewing relationships for children and families facing crisis, and she is a leader with Youth Leadership Forsyth, a leadership development and community awareness program for high school juniors.
